"If you ain't first you're last." -Talladega Nights 

This is one of Lonny's favorite mottos and he lived up to it this time as he swept up the title as Fastest Pie Eater in Pacific Beach Shore Club's 2nd Annual "Eat Your Heart Out" pie eating contest to benefit the San Diego Brain Tumor Foundation.

Lonny definitely had a chance at the title because we all know that the mullet brings magical powers and because we know that Lonny loves to eat, but we had no idea he had a stealth strategy behind his sweep, "Yea, I scooped up the whipped cream and pudding in a few bites and then I used my tongue to cut a line down the middle of the crust, flipped the crust and went to town to clear the dish."

And in a short few minutes, Lonny made a name for himself as a pie eating legend in this town.  The pie and beer infested crowd chanted Lonny's name as he claimed the first trophy he's won since 1988 in high school soccer.  

Way to make Mullet On The Go proud, Lonny!  Tums anyone?
