All orders are custom made to order so it does take us a little extra time to ensure your mullet is perfect.  We will always strive to get your order out within 72 hours of receipt.  However, should we encounter a delay, we will be sure to let you know via email.

If you encounter a craftsmanship issue and/or are not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of receiving your mullet, please contact us at customerservice@MulletOnTheGo.com for immediate assistance.
