If you encounter a craftsmanship issue and/or are not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of receiving your mullet, please contact us at customerservice@MulletOnTheGo.com for immediate assistance.
Any "used" item will be ineligible for return. It is our sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you and no return provided.
Only upon approval, should you ship any merchandise back your our warehouse. Without an approval via email, we will not honor any refunds or returns.
